How do you set up playoff games?

I just finished my regular season replay of the 1972 Pirates and would like to continue
by playing the NLCS vs. Reds that year. What is the best way to do this?
This would obviously be in a solitaire mode of play. Please advise ASAP.

Personally, I would just replay each game starting with real-life starting lineups from the 1972 NLCS. (Link is below.)
And since you’re playing solitaire, manage both teams to have their best chance to win as the game unfolds…
