Anyone else having an issue with mid-inning relievers with split grades?

I just brought in a split-grade reliever mid-inning (he’s a D(C*)). Lefty to face a lefty. Yet when the text announced his upgrade, it was only to a C. (Should have been a B.)
A batter later, the text said he “has returned to his original grade”, but he’s now a D (should be a C).
Want to make sure this isn’t just a one-off, before I send a note to GO Support.

I had the same thing happen recently. To my knowledge, that hasn’t happened before.
