Collection Stats - Team Fielding - DPs?

So after week 1 (4 games) of our league the Team Fielding stat has my team as 5 DPs. I only turned 2 against my opponent. Team Fielding stat has my opponent with 15 DPs…I only hit into 5 over the 4 games. Can you help explain this STAT and accuracy of the value provided?

FWIW, the team fielding DPs in my current project are also wonky. I think the program is adding the number of individuals on each DP instead of counting it as one. For instance DREP (Dominican Republic) has turned six DPs but are credited with 17. The credited individuals (Pujols 6, Cano 5, Tejada 5, Beltre 1) add up to 17.

Collections are an aggregate of boxscores.
Boxscores do not track team statistics as an aggregate.
So as Honus1908 says, it is tallying the number of players credited with a double play vs the number of plays that were double plays.

@APBA-GO-Jeremy so if I hit into 5 DP and 3 players were involved in each - 15 in this datum would be correct? Basically a useless stat to me but at least I understand the calculation now.
