    I filled out a support ticket a week ago about a bug the leaves a game stuck tied in the 10th innning. No one replied past the we have received your ticket email. Does anyone reply to support tickets? What is the usual response time? We play weekly and would like to finish the game we were playing.

    @john-higgins ‘Stuck’ games are corrupted and cannot be resumed.
