This may be a known issue:
1995 Dodgers batting in the bottom of the first against 1938 Cubs. Two out, runners on first (Karros) and second (Piazza). PRN 6. Raul Mondesi doubles, Piazza scores, Karros thrown out at the plate (LF Augue Galan to SS Billy Jurges to C Gabby Hartnett). End of inning, but Dodgers are not credited with a run.

@honus1908 I have been trying to re-create this scenario, in order to try and figure out why this happens occasionally.
    Some questions for you…

    1. What are the speed ratings for both Piazza and Karros?
    2. Is Mondesi’s card a single-column or double-column?

@RandySteinman Piazza and Karros are both slow. Mondesi has a double-column card.
