2020 APBA GO Free Agent Contest

It’s time for the second annual APBA GO Free Agent Contest!
The contest entry period is now closed. Stay tuned to this thread for contract updates, standings and more.
The 2020 Free Agent Contest will test your predictive abilities. We provide a list of the top 15 Free Agents; you tell us what teams will sign them. Every time you get a pick right, you get 100 credits for use on APBA GO. If you get the most correct picks, you could win 20,000 Credits and a 2019 Card Set.*
How does it work?
Contest runs until February 29th, 2020, or when all Free Agents sign, whichever comes first.
Be sure to accurately enter your APBA GO username, or you’ll never see the points you earn! 😞
Here are the rules:
A free APBA GO account is required to participate.
- Only one submission is allowed, no edits. In the event a participant makes multiple submissions, the first submission received will be counted.
- When the contest ends, participants will receive 100 credits for a correct pick, usable in the APBA GO store.
- When the contest ends, the participant who makes the most correct picks will receive 20,000 credits, for use in the APBA GO store.
- In the event of a tie between participants for the most correct picks, their answers to the tie-breaking question will be used. The participant with the duration and dollar value most closely matching the Gerrit Cole contract value for 2020 will be declared the winner.
- In the event a tie still exists after comparing the participants tie break answers, the participant who submitted their picks first will be declared the winner.
- Picks can be submitted until 11:59 pm EST on December 8th, 2019
- The winner will be announced on February 29th, 2020.
- Ongoing, but not real-time, standings will be available in this thread.
- In the event a player is signed by an MLB team during the submission period, participants who successfully matched the signed player prior to the day he was signed will receive points. All other participants would receive no points for that match.
* That’s right, a 2019 Season card set for the cards and dice game!

This is not going well for me. I had pegged Cole, not Rendon, going to the Angels.
And with Cole signing with New York, that almost guarantees my Bumgarner-to-the-Yanks pick will also be wrong.
Great contest again this year. But I’m in need of a minor miracle right now… Haha… -
