Batter strikes out, but remains At Bat

A weird glitch here. After two failed bunt attempts, the Phils’ Kevin Stocker struck out on an 0-2 pitch. On the pitch, Milt Thompson was thrown out trying to steal second. Scoreboard shows two out and bases empty, yet Stocker is still up. (He would then draw a walk.)
