Glitch with 3-D dice

I have run into this before but didn’t think anything of it at the time. Runners at 1st and 2nd with the runner on 1st being slow. Hit the button for “play it safe” but instead of the usual box next to 3rd base showing the runner playing it safe, the dice rolled but no result came up. Just the spinning wheel. Had to reload the page. Tried again and got the same result.
