Minor custom teams suggestions

1. Try to figure out which custom team is which by the 4 character abbreviation is tough. How about having a Team name/ City like all sports teams seem to have, and using that plus the initials? I have a hard time remembering what hh17 is ;)

2. The correct year should display if the player is a stock season card. I realize there may someday be individual customer cards are the ability to create players, or players from the sets not assigned to one year, but at least if the player is from one season, I think this should display that season:

3. Game and ABs are swapped around when you view a player card from the custom team search
