Add "Year" Designation to all GTOP Teams

Hi,

One thing that would really help me sort through my GTOP options when selecting teams to play would be to have the Year designation appear for all the teams in the dropdown list, something like:

Boston BOSA (GTOP1 - 1946)

I just can’t remember which year the teams are, and you can’t even find it when drilling down to see the team info in the Store.

I like the game a lot, so it’s a small thing, but it would really help.
