But now I’ve noticed that the charts have been updated since then and that a 13 is now always a caught stealing.

I started a 1987 replay of the Blue Jays and was still using the hit and run if the batter had limited 13s and at least two 31s but it still seemed like I was getting caught stealing a lot so I stopped doing it (the 87 Jays were also significantly underperforming so I felt I had to make some managerial changes).

So it got me wondering if anyone uses the hit and run and when? I know there is the benefit of a base hit on a 31, but because I don’t have a copy of the updated boards, I don’t know what pitcher grades change what hit numbers to outs.

Thanks in advance for any replies.
